The court’s decision, which became legally binding on December 18, 2023, saw one of the perpetrators sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison, while the others received 1 year and 2 months each, suspended for a 2-year probation period. Kundrák himself narrowly escaped imprisonment, receiving a suspended sentence. The victim, meanwhile, faces a long road to recovery.
